BIM MEP Planner (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• BIM modelling of building services installations
• Technical planning, design and sizing of HVAC and sanitary systems
• Maintenance and structuring of model data (attributes, properties)
• Participation in project meetings, support to project managers and progressive ownership of your own projects

Your profile

• Completed training in the HVAC-S field (building services engineer, technician HF or equivalent)
• Initial professional experience in building services planning is an advantage
• Good knowledge of 2D/3D CAD and experience with Revit or comparable BIM software
• Initiative, creativity and a reliable working style; good spatial awareness
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
