Simply said, building information modelling represents a building as a three-dimensional, virtual model. All relevant areas, i.e. architecture, heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical services, etc. are represented on a common digitally merged model. All participants involved in the process - from the HVAC engineer to the building owner to those responsible for the respective disciplines – have access to the same database with the help of a platform and can work with all the information simultaneously. We manage the platform for the participants.

The advantages are apparent: both communication and cooperation become much more transparent and efficient. In addition, the effects on construction time and costs can be assessed more quickly in the event of changes.
